Inflow.bio is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a customizable landing page to organize and share multiple links under a single profile.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Türkiye, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through Inflow.bio, including but not limited to logos, designs, texts, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to INFLOW Network LLC. These are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the United States, Türkiye, and the EU.

Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our express written permission.

6. Copyright Infringement Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any Contribution that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Contribution License

By posting Contributions to the platform, you grant INFLOW Network LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your Contributions for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

This license includes the right to use your username, profile picture, and any other public account information in connection with your Contributions.

You retain ownership of your content, and this license does not affect your rights to use your Contributions elsewhere.

10. Service Management

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

Monitor the platform for violations of these Terms
Take legal action against users who violate these Terms
Remove or disable content or accounts as necessary
Limit access to the Services at our sole discretion

21. Miscellaneous

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
