We operate the website inflow.bio ("Site"), as well as any related products and services that link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services"). Inflow.bio is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a customizable landing page to organize and share multiple links under a single profile.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not register or use the Services.

2. Hosting and Data Location

User data may be processed and stored in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your data across these locations and acknowledge that data protection laws may vary depending on jurisdiction.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans that may be billed monthly or annually. Payments can be made using Stripe, iyzico, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted methods.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to update our pricing or payment terms. You will be notified of any such changes as required by applicable law.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Türkiye, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through Inflow.bio, including but not limited to logos, designs, texts, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to INFLOW Network LLC. These are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the United States, Türkiye, and the EU.

Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our express written permission.

6. Copyright Infringement Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement under applicable EU or Turkish laws, please contact us at data@inflow.bio with detailed information regarding the infringement claim.

We reserve the right to remove content that infringes intellectual property rights, and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than those for which we make them available. You agree not to:

8. User Generated Contributions

The Services may allow users to post content such as links, images, text, videos, and other materials ("Contributions"). You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree that:

  • You own or have the right to use and share the content you post
  • Your Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy
  • Your Contributions are not illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive
  • You do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
  • You will not post spam, advertising, or unauthorized promotions

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any Contribution that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Contribution License

By posting Contributions to the platform, you grant INFLOW Network LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your Contributions for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

This license includes the right to use your username, profile picture, and any other public account information in connection with your Contributions.

You retain ownership of your content, and this license does not affect your rights to use your Contributions elsewhere.

10. Service Management

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

  • Monitor the platform for violations of these Terms
  • Take legal action against users who violate these Terms
  • Remove or disable content or accounts as necessary
  • Limit access to the Services at our sole discretion
  • Maintain system integrity and ensure the smooth operation of the platform

11. Privacy Policy

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Misuse or abuse of the Services
  • Conduct that violates applicable law
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and any associated data without liability.

16. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which you are required to indemnify us.

Although we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for the data you upload or manage through the Services. We are not liable for:

  • Loss or corruption of your data
  • Inability to access your content due to system failures
  • Data deletion following account termination

You agree to maintain your own backup copies where necessary.

19. Electronic Communications and Signatures

By using the Services, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, including legal notices, account information, and updates.

You also consent to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, and records, which shall have the same legal effect as handwritten documents.

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and INFLOW Network LLC regarding the use of the Services.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and INFLOW Network LLC as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.

22. Consumer Rights Notice (EU & Türkiye)

If you are a resident of the European Union or Türkiye, you may be entitled to certain consumer rights under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

23. Language of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. If they are translated into other languages and there is a conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.
